The bolts which attached to the arm which raised my garage door sheered off and despite replacing them they kept vibrating loose leaving us in danger of having the door crash down on us or the car. Will came to the rescue, reinforcing the door with a multi point connection which can’t come loose. He also lubricated the runners replacing a couple so the door runs smoothly and much more quietly. Will was professional and willing to advise me of the suggested plan and reasons for what we needed to do which was great, empowering me the client. Excellent job.
