Our garage door was literally falling off the rails and wouldn’t open or close and was slanted. My husband, who shouldn’t try to fix anything, tried to fix it and may have made it worse. I looked up garage door repair in surprise and door pros was one of the first ones that came up and had a 5 star rating and now I see why! I called and the lady that answered was extremely nice and said they would have someone out within the next 2 hrs. They arrived within 45 minutes and knew the problem right away. He had it fixed within 10 minutes and also noticed our sensors were not the best and could have been causing the other issues we explained we were having, so he replaced those. I was expecting the bill to be well over $200 but it wasn’t even close. I have very happy with their customer service and the swiftness of their work. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs them and will use them again if I need to, just hoping I don’t have too!
